Follow product development practices assuring
that activities are integrated among all appropriate organizations,
including suppliers and their specialized knowledge.
Work to defined policies, procedures and
processes with an emphasis on product and process improvements
through individual end group contributions, customer inputs and
process and product measurements.
Perform timely and effective corrective
action on identified or potential problems throughout WTM.
Work with our suppliers to assure their
products or services meet the same high standards that WTM sets for
ourselves.
